Concept and conversation.
CASTALIA INSTITUTE / EXPERIMENTAL HARDWARE
Useful things,
still becoming.
Atelier is a shop for small, opinionated devices. Buy what is ready. Join the beta for what is nearly there. Help us invent the rest.
THE COLLECTION / 01
Objects with a point of view.
Every product has a room, a mailing list, and a clear path from first sketch to something you can hold.
THE ORCHARD / PRODUCT MATURITY
Hardware can arrive
before the harvest.
We separate the maturity of the idea from the availability of the hardware. You can get a real XS11 or Waveshare unit now, even while its software is still growing.
Beta hardware in hands, active iteration.
Validated experience, small-batch release.
Stable product with regular support.
Mature family with upgrades and parts.
THE ATELIER MODEL
Not crowdfunding.
A working relationship.
Discover
Follow a concept while it is still honest about what it does not know.
Try early
Join a small beta, get the prototype in your hands, and tell us what it should become.
Make it real
Back a production run, or simply stay close. Your participation changes the next version.
THE COMMON ROOM
Build in public,
with better company.
Each object has a dedicated forum for field notes, questions, repair guides, and the occasional beautiful mistake.
Membership opens the wider Institute, including FacultAI, Atlas, ArkGIS, iNQ Cards, iNQ Publications, Salons, Symposia, and beta invitations across the orchard.
